Do you Direct Bill? No, Sorry we DO NOT direct bill. We will issue you a receipt and you can self-submit for reimbursement
Do you need a referral? No, a referral is not required. You can book an appointment directly with our office
What is the cancellation policy? We require at least 12 hours in advance. If you cancel within this period, you will be charged the appointment.
Do you accept WCB, AISH, or MVAs? We DO NOT accept WCB or AISH patients. We DO ACCEPT MVA's please call the office to book
